The Exchange 106, also known as TRX Tower, 106 Tower, TRX 106 and Signature Tower, is a 95-story, 445.5-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is third tallest building in Malaysia, fourth tallest building in Southeast Asia, and the 23rd tallest building in the world. The 379.5-meter building is topped with a 66-meter, 11-story high illuminated crown making it 106-story high (still 95-story) and 445.5 m (1,462 ft) tall. It is also the largest skyscraper in Malaysia by floor area with 453,835 m2 (4,885,000 sq ft). The tower has a net lettable area of 240,000 square metres (2.6 million square feet).

  • The Exchange 106 is een wolkenkrabber in Kuala Lumpur in Maleisië. Het bouwwerk werd in 2019 afgewerkt en in december 2019 officieel geopend.
