- Der Schweizer Cup im Eishockey war ein Pokalwettbewerb, der zwischen 2014 und 2021 ausgetragen wurde. Bereits in den Jahren 1957 bis 1966 existierte ein Pokalwettbewerb im Schweizer Eishockey, Rekordsieger mit drei Titeln war der HC Neuchâtel Young Sprinters. Die Wiedereinführung des Wettbewerbs nach 48 Jahren wurde vom Schweizerischen Eishockeyverband lange geplant und 2013 definitiv beschlossen. Der Wettbewerb nannte sich offiziell Swiss Ice Hockey Cup. - La Coupe de Suisse de hockey sur glace est une compétition de hockey sur glace organisée par la Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF). Disputée de 1956 à 1966, la coupe est mise entre parenthèses afin de concentrer l'attention des médias sur la Ligue nationale A (LNA). De retour en 1972, elle est à nouveau abandonnée. En septembre 2012, la FSHG annonce son intention de la réinstaurer à compter de la saison 2014-2015. Elle confirme officiellement sa décision en mai 2013. La version moderne de la Coupe doit opposer les clubs de National League (ex-LNA), de Swiss League (ex-LNB) et une dizaine d'équipes des ligues inférieures. En 2020, la Ligue nationale indique que, après sept éditions, elle cesse à nouveau ses activités sous sa forme actuelle en 2020-2021. (fr)
- The Swiss Cup was the national ice hockey cup competition of Switzerland which had been played annually from 2015 until 2021. The tournament was originally played from 1957 to 1966, then once more in 1972. On 28 May 2013, the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation announced that the cup will be revived from the 2014–15 season. At the beginning of the 2020-21 season, the SIHF announced that the 2021 edition would be the last one. SC Bern won the final edition on February 28, 2021, against the ZSC Lions in an empty Hallenstadion. (en)
