Angeflogen wird er unter anderem von PenAir nach Anchorage und St. Paul. Im Jahr 2010 hatte er ca. 650 Passagiere und 264 Flugbewegungen. Piloten müssen über der Insel von Mai bis Oktober wegen der Vögel und Seelöwen eine Mindestflughöhe von 1000 Fuß über Grund einhalten. (de)

Scheduled passenger airline service is provided by Grant Aviation. As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 604 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008, 610 enplanements in 2009, and 643 in 2010. It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation airport (the commercial service category requires at least 2,500 enplanements per year).
