- The Civil Aviation Authority of Colombia (Spanish: Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, also known as Aeronáutica Civil, Aerocivil or UAEAC) is a government agency of the Colombian Ministry of Transport. It is the agency in charge of regulating civil aviation, the aviation industry, and of managing the Colombian airspace. Aerocivil is also in charge of managing and controlling all of Colombia's public airports. It is headquartered in the new Aerocivil building on the property of El Dorado International Airport. Previously it was located on the fourth floor of the main terminal building of the airport. (en)
- Die Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil (UAEAC, deutsch Sonderverwaltungseinheit der Zivilluftfahrt, Kurzform Aerocivil) ist die nationale Luftfahrtbehörde Kolumbiens. Sie agiert unter der Leitung des Verkehrsministeriums und hat ihren Sitz am Flughafen El Dorado in Bogotá. Aerocivil regelt die sichere Navigation im Luftraum des Landes sowie die Verwaltung der Luftfahrt- und Flughafeninfrastrukturen. Aerocivil verwaltet auch den zivilen Luftraum und überwacht die Sicherheit der Luft- und Raumfahrt. Aerocivil strebt die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Zivilluftfahrt in Kolumbien, der Luftfahrtindustrie und die sichere Nutzung seines Luftraums an und erleichtert somit den verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Landes zu erhöhen.
