- Robert Albert Emmitt (May 29, 1850 – May 2, 1937), also known as Bob Emmitt or Judge Emmitt, was an American farmer and politician. He served two two-year terms in the Oregon House of Representatives as a Republican legislator, representing a large rural district in eastern Oregon. He was also a justice of the peace in Klamath County and later the postmaster and justice of the peace for the city of Klamath Falls, Oregon. (en)
