- Der Renault R 312 ist ein Stadtbus des französischen Herstellers RVI. Er löste 1987 den SC 10 ab; 1996 ersetzte ihn der Agora. Der R 312 war mit einem 6-Zylinder-9,8-Liter-Turbodiesel im Heck ausgerüstet. Es gab ihn in zwei Versionen mit 152 kW (207 PS) bzw. 187 kW (254 PS). Der Bus hatte einen niedrigen Fußboden auf 512 mm Höhe über Fahrbahn mit einer Stufe an den zwei bzw. drei Doppeltüren. Die Sitze waren auf Podesten angeordnet. Der R 312 konnte je nach Ausführung bis zu 112 Fahrgäste befördern. (de)

- The Renault R312 is a bus manufactured by Renault Trucks from 1987 to 1996. A prototype was completed in 1984. It succeeded the SC 10, which was originally a Saviem design from the 1960s. The 12m long bus is rear-engined, powered by a 6-cylinder Renault turbo-diesel engine with a displacement of 9.8 litres available with either 152 kW (207 PS; 204 hp) or 187 kW (254 PS; 251 hp). By placing the engine in the rear, the interior was flat over the vehicle's whole length. It was primarily built as an integral bus, although some were completed as rolling chassis. The bus was popular in France, with over 4,000 produced, with RATP operating over 1,500 during the 1990s. In Australia, the Renault PR100.3 has the same visual appearance as the R312. - Renault R312 — jeden z najpopularniejszych miejskich autobusów we Francji, produkowany w latach 1987–1997 w ilości ponad 4000 modeli (z czego 1600 autobusów dla Paryża), przez francuski koncern Renault. Model R312 powstał w wyniku prac nad obniżeniem podłogi w autobusach. Pierwszy prototyp zbudowany został w 1985 roku. Dla obniżenia podłogi silnik umieszczono poziomo na tylnym zwisie, co umożliwiło także dodanie trzecich drzwi. Zastosowane zostały także koła o mniejszym promieniu. Mimo to wejście do wnętrza pojazdu wciąż ograniczał jeden stopień. Uznano to jednak w owych czasach za sukces, który nie miał wtedy naśladowców. Dlatego nieprędko przystąpiono do budowy autobusu w 100% niskopodłogowego. Dopiero w 1995 roku zaprezentowany został w pełni niskopodłogowy model , a dwa lata później — w 1997 — produkcję R312 zakończono. Modelami konkurencyjnymi do R312 są Iveco 490, oraz Van Hool A500. W Polsce największym użytkownikiem R312 jest PKSiS Oświęcim, który obsługuje tymi pojazdami linie podmiejskie. W komunikacji miejskiej natomiast R312 eksploatowane są w Zgierzu i na Górnym Śląsku.
