- Proyecto Venezuela (también conocido por el acrónimo implementado en determinados comicios electorales; PRVZL) es un partido político venezolano de corte democrata-cristiano, fundado en 1998 por Henrique Salas Römer, derivado de una escisión del partido COPEI. Llegó en su momento a ser uno de los primeros 5 partidos de oposición en Venezuela. Proyecto Venezuela ha mantenido una posición crítica de la coalición opositora Mesa de la Unidad Democrática, de la cual forma parte. Sin embargo, su fundador, Henrique Salas Römer, fue integrante fundamental del G-5 de la Coordinadora Democrática que dirigió la campaña para llevar al Presidente Hugo Chávez al referéndum revocatorio. - Project Venezuela (Spanish: Proyecto Venezuela) is a center-right political party in Venezuela. At the legislative elections, 30 July 2000, the party won seven out of 165 seats in the National Assembly of Venezuela. The legislative elections of 2006 were boycotted by the party. The leader is Henrique Salas Römer who was a Presidential Candidate in the 1998 elections. Its current president is Salas Römer's son, Henrique Salas Feo, former governor of Carabobo. It is a full member of the IDU. For the 2017 and 2018 elections, the party withdrew from participating, saying that the CNE's process was too demanding. (en)
