- Pohoy (també Pojoy, Pojoi, Pooy, Posoy, Pujoy) fou un cacicat als marges de la a la fi del segle xvi i tot el segle xvii. Arran de les batudes de caçadors d'esclaus pels hitchiti de parla muskogi (anomenats baixos creek pels anglesos i uchise pels espanyols) al començament del segle xviii, els supervivents van viure en diverses localitats de la península de Florida. Pohoy va desaparèixer dels registres històrics després de 1739. (ca)
- Pohoy (also Pojoy, Pojoi, Pooy, Posoy, Pujoy) was a chiefdom on the shores of Tampa Bay in present-day Florida in the late sixteenth century and all of the seventeenth century. Following slave-taking raids by people from the Lower Towns of the Muscogee Confederacy (called "Lower Creeks" by the English and Uchise by the Spanish) at the beginning of the eighteenth century, the surviving Pohoy people lived in several locations in peninsular Florida. The Pohoy disappeared from historical accounts after 1739. (en)
