- Pac-Car II ist ein Kraftfahrzeug mit Brennstoffzellen-Antrieb, das auf niedrigen Brennstoffverbrauch optimiert wurde.Entwickelt wurde es von einer Gruppe Studenten an der ETH Zürich (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule). Ziel dieses Projektes war es, ein Fahrzeug zu entwickeln, das beim Betrieb so wenig Brennstoff wie nur möglich verbraucht. Bei der Realisierung dieses ambitiösen Zieles wurden die Studenten durch erfahrene Teamleiter aus Wirtschaft und Hochschule unterstützt. Für die Bereitstellung der Energie wurde eine Brennstoffzelle verwendet, welche speziell für dieses Fahrzeug am ETH/PSI Paul Scherrer Institut entwickelt wurde. (de)
- Pac-Car II fue desarrollado como un proyecto estudiantil en el ETH Zürich (Instituto Federal suizo de Tecnología). Los componentes del proyecto, un grupo de estudiantes y un dirigente de equipo experimentado, tenían como objetivo construir un vehículo que usase el menor combustible posible. Utilizaron una célula de hidrógeno como combustible, desarrollada en ETH/PSI (Paul Scherrer Instituto), como fuente de energía, siendo el agua pura las únicas emisiones del coche. (es)
- Pac-Car II was developed as a student project at ETH Zürich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). Based on a group of students and an experienced team leader, the goal was to build a vehicle that uses as little fuel as possible. By using hydrogen fuel-cell, developed at ETH/PSI (Paul Scherrer Institute), as power source, pure water is the car's only emission. Clean mobility completed therefore the educational and energy saving aspects of the project. (en)
