- The Oxford and Cambridge Catholic Education Board (OCCEB) is the charitable body responsible for appointing the Catholic chaplains to the universities of Oxford and Cambridge. OCCEB was established by the Vatican in 1895 as the Universities Catholic Education Board in response to the Universities Tests Act 1871. The current chairman is the Right Reverend John Arnold. (en)

L'OCCEB est érigé par le Saint-Siège en 1895 en tant que Universities Catholic Education Board en réponse au Universities Tests Act de 1871 qui permet aux non-anglicans (donc aux catholiques) d'accéder aux fellowships qui leur étaient jusqu'alors interdits des universités d'Oxford, de Cambridge, de Londres et de Durham.
