- ORP "Podhalanin" - torpedo boat (former A-80 of Kaiserliche Marine), one of the first ships of the Polish Navy recreated after Poland regained its independence in 1918. In service from 1924 to 1938. She was built in 1917 as a small coastal torpedo boat by A.G. Vulcan in Stettin, Germany (now in Poland). The ship was transferred to Poland in 1919 and until 1921 named ORP "Góral". Due to lack of funds, it was only in 1924 that the ship was refitted and officially commissioned. She was taken out of service as a combat ship in 1938 and used in various auxiliary roles until 1939. Her fate after the German invasion is unknown. (en)
- L'ORP Podhalanin, ex-torpilleur allemand A 80, était l’un des premiers navires de la marine polonaise. La quille de ce navire a été posée en 1916 au chantier naval AG Vulcan Stettin. Il a été lancé le 24 octobre 1917. Il a commencé son service dans la marine impériale allemande le 21 décembre 1917. Jusqu’à la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale, il a servi de navire-école. Après la fin des hostilités, il a été transféré en Angleterre, où il a jeté l’ancre avec d’autres torpilleurs à la base de la Royal Navy de Rosyth. En 1919, il a été attribué à la Pologne et a reçu le nom d'ORP Góral. Le ministère des Affaires maritimes a décidé que le navire serait réparé dans le pays. Après le 1er mai 1932, le torpilleur faisait partie de l’escadrille de sous-marins. En juin 1933, il est à l’escadrille de contre-torpilleurs. Le 1er juin 1935, le navire est affecté au Fleet Specialists Training Center. En 1936, le commandant de l’unité était le capitaine Konrad Namieśniowski. L’ORP Podhalanin a été transféré en réserve le 15 février 1938. Après avoir été rayé de la liste de la marine le 12 avril 1938, il a été utilisé comme navire cible pour les torpilles. Après sa mobilisation le 24 août 1939, il était destiné à être réservoir de pétrole flottant de réserve. Le 2 septembre, il a été remorqué par le remorqueur Ursus de Gdynia à Jurata. Il a été coulé le 29 septembre 1939 entre Jastarnia et Hel par des Heinkel He 114 allemands du 1. (M)/Kü.Fl.Gr. 506. Deux de leurs bombes SC 250 ont explosé à une distance d’environ 10 mètres de la proue, coulant le navire. (fr)
- ORP Podhalanin (PH) – były niemiecki torpedowiec A 80, a następnie jeden z pierwszych okrętów Marynarki Wojennej II RP. Niemiecki torpedowiec wojennej budowy typu A 56/A 80 (A-III-Boot, Amtsentwurf 1916). Stępkę pod ten okręt położono w 1916 roku w szczecińskiej stoczni Vulcan-Werke A.G. Zwodowany został 24 października 1917 roku. Służbę w cesarskiej flocie rozpoczął 21 grudnia 1917 roku. Do końca I wojny światowej służył jako okręt szkoleniowy. Po zakończeniu działań wojennych przeszedł do Anglii, gdzie kotwiczył wraz z innymi torpedowcami w bazie Royal Navy w Rosyth. W 1919 roku został przyznany Polsce i otrzymał nazwę ORP „Góral”. W Departamencie Spraw Morskich postanowiono, że okręt zostanie wyremontowany w kraju. ORP „Góral” pod dowództwem Aleksandra Hulewicza wraz z ORP „Mazur” i ORP „Ślązak” 8 września wyruszył w podróż do kraju holowany przez holownik „Bullger”. Do Gdańska zespół dotarł 14 września 1922 roku. Okręt w tym czasie był uzbrojony tylko w jedną niemiecką armatę kalibru 88 mm bez zamka. W 1921 roku zmieniono nazwę na ORP „Podhalanin”. Z powodu braku środków finansowych, torpedowiec nie był remontowany i używano go jako pływający magazyn części zamiennych. Dopiero w planie budżetowym na rok 1924 znalazły się wystarczające fundusze na remont okrętu. W tym też roku rozpoczął służbę w Marynarce Wojennej i 16 września został wcielony do . W lipcu 1925 roku wraz z ORP „Mazur” odbył rejs szkoleniowy z podchorążymi do Kalmaru. Z dniem 1 kwietnia 1930 roku „Podhalanina” przyporządkowano do Dywizjonu Minowców. Po 1 maja 1932 roku torpedowiec znalazł się w Dywizjonie Łodzi Podwodnych. W czerwcu 1933 roku był Dywizjonie Kontrtorpedowców. 1 czerwca 1935 roku okręt był przyporządkowany do Centrum Wyszkolenia Specjalistów Floty. W 1936 dowódcą jednostki był kpt. mar. Konrad Namieśniowski. ORP „Podhalanin” został z dniem 15 lutego 1938 roku przeniesiony do II rezerwy. Po skreśleniu z listy floty 12 kwietnia 1938 roku używany był jako okręt cel dla torped. Po mobilizacji 24 sierpnia 1939 roku przeznaczony na pływający zapasowy zbiornik ropy. 2 września odholowany przez holownik „Ursus” z Gdyni pod Juratę. Zatopiony pomiędzy Jastarnią, a Helem 29 września przez niemieckie He 114 z 1.(M)/Kü.Fl.Gr. 506. Dwie ich bomby typu SC 250 wybuchły w odległości około 10 metrów od dziobu zatapiając okręt. (pl)
