- بلى حيوي شحماني الْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيُّ الشحماني هُوَ مَرَضُ جَلْدِيُّ نَخِرُ يَحْدُثُ عَادَةٌ فِي مَرْضَى السُّكَّرِيِّ وَلَكِنَّ يَمَّكُنَّ أَنْ يَرْتَبِطَ أَيْضًا بِاِلْتِهَابِ الْمَفَاصِلِ الروماتويدي. فِي الْحَالَةِ الْأوْلَى أَيَّ فِي مَرْضَى السُّكَّرِيِّ، يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يُطْلِقَ عَلَيْهِ اِسْمَ الْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيِّ الشحماني السُّكَّرِيَّ. يَحْدُثُ الْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيُّ الشحماني السُّكَّرِيَّ فِي حَوَالِيُّ 0.3 % مِنَ السُّكَّانِ الْمُصَابِينَ بِمَرَضِ السُّكَّرِيِّ، وَغَالِبِيَّةَ الْمُصَابِينَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ تَقْريبَا حَوَالِيِّ ثَلَاثَةٍ مِنَ الْإِنَاثِ مُقَابِلَ وَاحِدَ مِنَ الذُّكورِ. لا تُؤَثِّرْ شِدَّةَ مَرَضِ السُّكَّرِيِّ أَوِ السَّيْطَرَةُ عَلَيْهِ لَدَى الْفَرْدِ عَلَى مَنْ سَيُصَابُ أَوْ لَا يُصَابُ بِالْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيِّ الشحماني السُّكَّرِيَّ. بَعْدَ تَشْخِيصِ الْإصَابَةِ بِالْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيِّ الشحماني لَنْ تُغَيِّرَ الْمُحَافَظَةُ وَالسَّيْطَرَةُ عَلَى دَاءِ السُّكَّرِيِّ بِشَكْلٍ أَفْضَلَ نَحوُ تَغْيِيرِ سُرْعَةِ الشِّفَاءِ مِنَ الْبَلَى الْحَيَوِيِّ الشحماني السُّكَّرِيَّ. - Die Necrobiosis lipoidica (oder Nekrobiosis lipoidica) ist eine seltene granulomatöse Entzündung der mittleren Dermis mit Anreicherung von Lipiden, die oft mit einem Diabetes mellitus vergesellschaftet ist. Die Entzündung führt zur Nekrose der Haut und tritt meist an den Unterschenkelstreckseiten auf. Die Erkrankung beginnt mit intensiv roten, linsengroßen Papeln, aus denen etwas eingesunkene, scheibenförmige, bis handtellergroße, gelbe, sklerotische, von Teleangiektasien durchzogene Herde entstehen, die von einem leicht erhabenen lividen Randsaum umgeben sind. In etwa einem Drittel der Fälle entwickeln sich schlecht heilende Ulzerationen. Etwa 0,3 % der Diabetiker entwickeln eine Necrobiosis lipoidica. Frauen sind häufiger betroffen als Männer. (de)

- Necrobiosis lipoidica is a necrotising skin condition that usually occurs in patients with diabetes mellitus but can also be associated with rheumatoid arthritis. In the former case it may be called necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum (NLD). NLD occurs in approximately 0.3% of the diabetic population, with the majority of those affected are women (approximately 3:1 females to males affected). The severity or control of diabetes in an individual does not affect who will or will not get NLD. Better maintenance of diabetes after being diagnosed with NLD will not change how quickly the NLD will resolve. (en)
