- Muttappathi o Mutta Pathi es uno de los cinco , principales lugares de peregrinación ayyavazhi, en la India. Es el tercer centro en importancia, después de Swamithoppe y Ambalappathi. Este Pathi se encuentra en el estado indio de Tamil Nadu, a 14 km al sudeste de Nagercoil, a 3 km al norte de Kanyakumari y a 7 km al este de Swamithope. Los lugares de peregrinación ayyavazhi se llaman , los lugares donde el dios Ayya Vaikundar hizo sus revelaciones bajo forma humana. - Mutta Pathi (Tamil: முட்ட பதி), is one of the Pancha pathi, which are the primary centers for worship of the Ayyavazhi. This is the third important pilgrim center of Ayyavazhi. This place earn the religious importance in Akilam from the event that, Ayya Vaikundar is given two Vinchais here by Narayana under the Sea; One just before the arrest of Vaikundar by Swathi Thirunal and the second after the completion of Thuvayal Thavasu. Also, this is the place where the second phase of Thuvayal Thavasu is carried out by Thuvayal Pandarams after completing it in Vakaippathi for about six-months. Alongside of Swamithoppe, it attracts a huge amount of devotees annually across southern India. (en)
