- Der Lishness Peak ist ein 2200 m hoher Berg im westantarktischen Ellsworthland. Er ragt 1,5 km südöstlich des Wilson Peak an der Ostseite des Nimitz-Gletschers im Süden der Sentinel Range des Ellsworthgebirges auf. Der United States Geological Survey kartierte ihn anhand eigener Vermessungen und mithilfe von Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy zwischen 1957 und 1959. Das Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names benannte ihn 1961 nach Alton Lynne Lishness (1931–2008), Funker an Bord einer Douglas DC-3 beim Flug über das Ellsworthgebirge am 28. Januar 1958. (de)
- Lishness Peak (78°53′S 84°45′W / 78.883°S 84.750°W) is a peak, 2,200 metres (7,200 ft) high, in Owen Ridge near the south end of the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains in Antarctica, rising at the east side of Nimitz Glacier, 1 nautical mile (2 km) southeast of and 8.8 nautical miles (16 km) northwest of Bowers Corner. It was first mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos from 1957 to 1959, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for , a radio operator on a U.S. Navy R4D exploratory flight to this area on January 28, 1958.
