- Laurent Chambon, né Laurent Pascal Chambon Guéguen le 22 mai 1972 à Châtenay-Malabry, est un sociologue et politologue français vivant à Amsterdam depuis 1998. Spécialiste de la place des minorités en politique, il a été conseiller municipal de mars 2006 à mai 2010 pour le parti travailliste (Partij van de Arbeid) dans l'arrondissement du Vieux Sud à Amsterdam (Stadsdeel Amsterdam Oud-Zuid), et à l'époque le seul élu local européen (non-néerlandais) aux Pays-Bas. Cofondateur avec Mehmet Koksal et Didier Lestrade du magazine Minorités, il est relativement présent, en tant que sociologue et ancien élu, dans les médias français pour parler des Pays-Bas et dans les médias néerlandais pour parler de la situation française. Il a travaillé comme correspondant pour plusieurs médias francophones dont Têtu et Libération. Docteur ès sciences politiques, agrégé de français et de sciences politiques, ancien élève du lycée Lakanal, il est aussi producteur de musique, moitié du duo Pop Laurent & Lewis et connu aussi en tant que Laurent Outang. Après avoir enseigné le français et les sciences politiques au Lycée Hyperion à Amsterdam, il enseigne au Gymnase Municipal de Hilversum. Il est membre du Parti pour les animaux (Partij voor de Dieren), du parti anti-raciste Bij1 et est un membre actif des syndicats néerlandais d’enseignants AOb et LIA. (fr)
- Laurent Pascal Chambon Guéguen (born 22 May 1972) is a French sociologist and politicologist who has resided in Amsterdam since 1998. A specialist of the question of minorities in politics, he was elected in the borough of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid for the Labour Party (PvdA) from March 2006 to May 2010. Chambon was the only non-Dutch European politician in the Netherlands at the time. He is a native of Châtenay-Malabry, south-southwest of Paris. Co-founder of the minority-related website Minorités, he is a visible figure, as a sociologist and former politician, in French media to discuss the Netherlands, as well as in the Dutch media to discuss France. He was a correspondent for French-speaking media in the Netherlands (particularly Têtu and Libération). A doctor (PhD) in political science and a former pupil at the Lycée Lakanal, he is also a producer for Cherry Juice Recordings and a musician as Laurent Outang, one half of Laurent & Lewis. After having taught French and political science at the Hyperion Lyceum in Amsterdam, he now teaches at the Lyceum Rotterdam. Chambon is member of the antiracist party BIJ1 and the antispecist party Party for the Animals (PvdD). He is also a member of the AOb and Teachers in action (Leraren in actie) trade unions. (en)

Specialist in de minderheden in de politiek, hij was lid van de stadsdeelraad Amsterdam Oud-Zuid tussen maart 2006 en mei 2010 voor de Partij van de Arbeid. Hij was toen de enige politicus van (niet-Nederlandse) Europese afkomst in Nederland. Chambon is medestichter van Minorites.org, een Franstalige website over minderheden en hij is vrij zichtbaar als socioloog in de Franse media (hij praat dan over Nederland) maar ook in de Nederlandse media (dan over Frankrijk). Bevoegd (1e gr.) in de Franse taal en cultuur, in maatschappijleer/wetenschappen en doctor in politieke wetenschappen, hij is ook DJ en musicus, de helft van het duo Laurent & Lewis.
