- تل كوم الدهب أو تل الدهب هو الاسم الحديث لأنقاض بلدة رومانية في مصر. واليوم توجد بقايا المدينة على جزيرة بالقرب من بحيرة المنزلة . تغطي البقايا مساحة حوالي 16 هكتار. تم تخطيط المدينة على نمط شبكي مع شوارع تمتد من الغرب إلى الشرق والجنوب والشمال. يوجد في الجزء الجنوبي الشارع الرئيسي الممتد من الغرب إلى الشرق. يوجد في هذا الشارع بقايا مبنى عام كبير على الأرجح، وظيفته غير معروفة وقد يكون معبد. في الجزء الشمالي من المدينة توجد بقايا مسرح. في الشمال توجد بقايا مبنى تخزين. الاسم القديم للبلدة غير معروف. يُعرف كوم الدهب بشكل رئيسي من المسوحات وصور الأقمار الصناعية. لم يتم حفره قط. - Kom el-Dahab ist die moderne Bezeichnung eines Ruinenhügels im Nordosten Ägyptens. Bei den sichtbaren Resten handelt es sich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit um eine römische Stadt. Die Ruinen liegen heute auf einer Insel am , der direkt am Meer liegt. Der Stadtkern nimmt etwa eine Fläche von 16 Hektar ein und hat einen Stadtplan mit sich rechtwinkelig kreuzenden Straßen. Im Südteil der Stadt gibt es eine Ost-West verlaufende Hauptstraße mit einem großen, wahrscheinlich öffentlichen Gebäude. Dessen Funktion ist nicht bekannt. Es handelte sich vielleicht um einen Tempel oder eine Art Palast. Ganz im Norden der Stadt stehen die Reste eines Theater, das einst etwa 58 bis 60 Meter lang war und aus roten Ziegelsteinen erbaut worden ist. Nördlich davon standen Magazinbauten. Die Stadt, deren antiker Name unbekannt ist, wurde wahrscheinlich im zweiten oder am Beginn des dritten nachchristlichen Jahrhundert aufgegeben. Im Kom el-Dahab fanden bis 2015 keine Grabungen statt. Der Ort ist von Oberflächenbegehungen und der Auswertung von Satellitenfotos bekannt. Im September 2015 fand eine erste Untersuchung, die von Gregory Marouard geleitet wurde statt. Es wurde vor allem Keramik gesammelt. (de)
- Kom el-Dahab is the modern name for the ruins of a Roman town in Egypt. Today the remains of the town are located on an Island near Lake Manzala. The remains cover an area of about 16 hectare. The town is planned on a grid pattern with streets running west–east and south–north. In the southern part there is the main street running from west to east. At this street there are the remains of a big, most likely public building. Its function is unknown. It might have been a temple. In the northern part of the town are the remains of a theatre. Even further north are the remains of a storage building. The ancient name of the town is unknown. Kom el-Dahab is mainly known from surveys and from satellite images. It was never excavated. (en)
