Julio Luciano (born 10 October 1977) is a retired Dominican Republic high jumper. He won the silver medal at the 1997 Central American and Caribbean Championships, the bronze medal at the 1998 Central American and Caribbean Games, and the gold medal at the 1999 Central American and Caribbean Championships. He also competed at the 1996 Olympic Games and the 1997 World Championships without reaching the final. Luciano's personal best jump is 2.24 metres, achieved in Santo Domingo in June 1996.
