- جوردي سولي تورا (23 مايو 1930 - 4 ديسمبر 2009، برشلونة) كان سياسيًا وفقيهًا إسبانيًا وأحد مؤلفي «آباء» الدستور الإسباني لعام 1978 بعد انتقال إسبانيا إلى الديمقراطية. من شبابه كان تورا ينتمي إلى منظمات يسارية مختلفة مثل جبهة التحرير الشعبية وبانديرا روجا. في السنوات الأولى للديمقراطية عمل في الحزب الاشتراكي الموحد في كاتالونيا. عمل مع زعيم الحزب الاشتراكي في الدفاع عن الشيوعية الأوروبية. انتخب لعضوية مجلس النواب الإسباني في يونيو 1977 ومرة أخرى في مارس 1979. كان أحد «آباء الدستور» السبعة (السياسيون المكلفون بكتابة دستور جديد). ترك جبهة التحرير الشعبية وانضم إلى الحزب الاشتراكي وانتُخب مجددًا عن مقاطعة برشلونة في أعوام 1989 و1993 و1996. في عام 1985 تم انتخابه عميدًا لكلية الحقوق بجامعة برشلونة. شغل منصب وزير الثقافة في عهد فيليب جونزاليس من مارس 1991 إلى يوليو 1993. في عام 2008 كان مركز فيلم وثائقي بعنوان الذاكرة المفقودة، الذي صوره ابنه ألبرت سولي. الفيلم الوثائقي غطى حياته ومكافحته لمرض الزهايمر وحصل على جائزة غويا. - Jordi Solé Tura (23 May 1930 in Mollet del Vallés – 4 December 2009 in Barcelona) was a Spanish politician, jurist and one of the co-authors and "Fathers" of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 following Spain's move to democracy. From his youth Tura belonged to different leftish organizations, such as Popular Liberation Front and Bandera Roja. In the early years of the democracy he worked in the Unified Socialist Party of Catalonia. Inside the PSUC he worked with PCE leader Santiago Carrillo in defense of Eurocommunism. He was elected to Spain's Congress of Deputies in June 1977 and again in March 1979. He was one of the seven "Fathers of the Constitution" (politicians charged with writing a new constitution). He left the PCE and joined the Socialist Party (PSC-PSOE) and was elected anew for the province of Barcelona in 1989, 1993 and 1996. In 1985 he was elected Dean of University of Barcelona's Law School. He was Minister of Culture under Felipe Gonzalez from March 1991 to July 1993. In 2008 he was the center of a documentary called Bucarest, la memoria perdida that was filmed by his son Albert Solé. The documentary covered his life and his fight against Alzheimer's disease, and was awarded a Goya. (en)
- Jordi Solé Tura, né le 23 mai 1930 à Mollet del Vallès et mort le 4 décembre 2009 à Barcelone, est un écrivain et homme politique espagnol. Opposant au franquisme dans sa jeunesse, il milite dans des organisations communistes. En 1977, il est ainsi élu du Parti socialiste unifié de Catalogne et participe à la rédaction de la nouvelle Constitution espagnole. Il accomplit deux mandats et tente sans succès d'être élu maire de Barcelone en 1983. Il quitte deux ans plus tard les rangs communistes et adhère au Parti des socialistes de Catalogne. Il est alors réélu député en 1989, puis il est nommé ministre de la Culture en 1991. Il quitte ce poste à l'issue de la législature, en 1993. En 1996, les socialistes proposent sa candidature à la présidence du Congrès des députés mais il est défait par son concurrent conservateur. Ayant remporté un mandat de sénateur en 2000, il n'en sollicite pas le renouvellement et quitte la politique quatre ans plus tard. Atteint de la maladie d'Alzheimer, il meurt en décembre 2009, à 79 ans. (fr)
