- John Cooke (geb. 1608 in Leicestershire, gest. 16. Oktober 1660 in Tyburn) war ein englischer Jurist. Er war der erste (Chefankläger) des Commonwealth, der die Anklage leitete, die zur Hinrichtung des englischen Königs Karl I. führte. Following The Restoration, Cook was convicted of regicide and hanged, drawn and quartered on 16 October 1660.
