- Italia's Got Talent is the Italian version of the international Got Talent series. The pilot episode was aired on 12 December 2009 on Canale 5 and it was seen by 5.3 million people. After this episode, Mediaset decided to hold on this show with a full-length season. The first season started on 12 April 2010 with high ratings and continued broadcasting. , Maria De Filippi, and Gerry Scotti are the three judges. The sixth series (2015) will face many changes. It has been aired by pay-TV Sky Uno, the entertainment-purposed channel of Sky Italy, owned by News Corporation. The host is Spanish-born Italian actress and model Vanessa Incontrada. No judges from the previous series have been confirmed: the new panel face the arrival of actor Claudio Bisio, actress and comedian Luciana Littizzetto, singer Nina Zilli and YouTube star Frank Matano. Talents are competing for €100,000. The final has been simulcast by Sky Uno and Cielo. In the ninth series (2018) the judging panel have been changed. Singer-songwriter Nina Zilli has been replaced by Olympic Swimmer Federica Pellegrini and Actress-Comedian Luciana Littizzetto will be replaced by Mara Maionchi. Claudio Bisio and Frank Matano will stay on the show with Lodovica Comello. The seventh season, starting in March 2016, is being aired in simulcast on Sky Uno and TV8, a brand-new free channel of Sky Italia, together with Planet's Got Talent, and a new host, Lodovica Comello. - Italia's Got Talent (anche abbreviato in IGT) è stato un talent show italiano andato in onda dal 2009 al 2013 su Canale 5, dal 2015 al 2022 su Sky Uno, nel 2022 anche in streaming su Now, con repliche su Cielo fino al 2019, e dal 2016 anche su TV8. Il programma è basato sul format anglo-statunitense Got Talent, ideato da Simon Cowell. La prima edizione italiana è stata vinta dalla cantante lirica Carmen Masola; la seconda edizione ha visto il trionfo del pittore Fabrizio Vendramin, la terza edizione è stata vinta dall'acrobata Stefano Scarpa, la quarta dal cantante di origine ghanese Daniel Adomako, la quinta dal ventriloquo Samuel Barletti, la sesta dal manipolatore dinamico Simone Al Ani, la settima dal musicista Moses, l'ottava dal trio comico Trejolie, la nona dal pianista Antonio Sorgentone, la decima dal ventriloquo Andrea Fratellini con il suo pupazzo Zio Tore, l'undicesima dal mago Stefano Bronzato e la dodicesima dal cantante Antonio Vaglica. Dopo cinque edizioni trasmesse su Mediaset, il 1º febbraio 2014 Fremantlemedia Italia, detentrice del format, conclude un accordo con Sky Italia per la produzione in esclusiva delle successive due stagioni di IGT, passato su Sky per eccessivi costi di produzione. Ad agosto 2015 Sky Italia prolunga la trasmissione del programma fino al 2018 trasmettendolo dalla successiva stagione anche in chiaro su TV8. A luglio 2016 si aprono i casting per un'edizione speciale del programma, dal titolo Kid's Got Talent, completamente dedicata ai bambini e trasmessa in prima tv assoluta su TV8.
