Isidoro Zorzano Ledesma (13 September 1902 – 15 July 1943) was a Spanish Roman Catholic member of Opus Dei. Zorzano was a naturalized Argentine due to being born in Buenos Aires though upon his relocating to Spain met and befriended Fr Josemaría Escrivá and soon joined the latter's embryonic foundation, which would later become the first personal prelature of the Catholic Church. He worked as an engineer and worked in several places though his compassion and love for the poor led people around him to name him as a saint due to his efforts in alleviating their suffering through various means; he aided priests and Opus Dei alike during the Spanish Civil War and he himself kept to himself for most of that period to avoid being targeted and killed.

Foi um dos primeiros membros pioneiros do Opus Dei, na Espanha. A sua vida profissional transcorreu primeiro em Málaga, Espanha, na Direção das oficinas das Estradas de Ferro Andaluzas e como professor da Escola Industrial daquela cidade. Numa viagem a Madri, em 1930, manifestou a São Josemaria Escrivá, antigo companheiro de estudos no colegial em Logroño, o seu desejo de entrega a Deus no meio do mundo, pediu então, admissão no Opus Dei que estava começando. Continuou o seu trabalho em Málaga e depois mudou-se para Madri, onde continuou a trabalhar em empresa ferroviárias. Regressou a Málaga, mas em 1936, um movimento anti-religioso começou a se espalhar pela cidade, o que se tornou um risco para Isidoro, então ele voltou para Madrid. (pt)
