- إكزيما اليد أو أكزيما عسر العرق ويسمى أيضا باكزيما ربات البيوت هو مرض جلدي يصيب الراحتين والأخمصين، وأحيانا قد يكون من الصعب تمييزها عن التهاب الجلد التأتبي، التهاب الجلد التماسي، والصدفية، والتي تشمل عادة أيضا اليدين. ونسبة اصابة النساء أكثر من الرجال وهو مرض غير معدي يسبب الكثير من الإزعاج لدى المرضى لمايسببه له من تشويهات موقتة في الجلد من ظهور احمرار وتقشر مع جفاف شديد في اليدين. - In der Medizin wird eine Entzündung der Haut an den Händen, die nicht ansteckend ist, als Handekzem bezeichnet. Diese Hauterkrankung ist weit verbreitet (siehe Epidemiologie) und für die Betroffenen problematisch, da sie mit sichtbaren Hautkrankheitserscheinungen, starkem Juckreiz oder Schmerzen und damit verbunden mit hohem Leidensdruck einhergehen kann (siehe Symptome und Beschwerden). Es können je nach Verlauf, Aussehen der Hautkrankheitserscheinungen, Schweregrad oder Auslösefaktoren (siehe Ursachen und Krankheitstypen) verschiedene Krankheitsbilder unterschieden werden. Der individuelle Krankheitsverlauf ist im Einzelfall bei einem chronischen Handekzem nicht vorherzusehen und meist von Patient zu Patient verschieden. Mit einer angemessenen Ursachensuche und Diagnostik (siehe Diagnostik und sinnvolle Untersuchungen, Differentialdiagnosen), nachhaltigen Hautschutzmaßnahmen und einer frühzeitigen, umfassenden, wo angezeigt auch innerlichen Behandlung (siehe Behandlung) ist ein günstiger Verlauf zu erwarten. - Hand eczema presents on the palms and soles, and may sometimes be difficult or impossible to differentiate from atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, and psoriasis, which also commonly involve the hands. Even a biopsy of all these conditions may not result in a definitive diagnosis, as all three conditions may demonstrate spongiosis and crusting on the hands. Non-communicable inflammation of the skin of the hands is referred to as hand eczema. Hand eczema is widely prevalent and, as it is a very visible condition associated with severe itching or pain, has serious consequences for the affected person including a high psychological impact. Different disease patterns can be identified according to the course of the illness, appearance of symptoms, degree of severity, or catalysts. Prognosis is hard to predict for individual cases of chronic hand eczema and usually differs from patient to patient. Successful treatment depends on determining the causes of the condition, obtaining an accurate diagnosis, sustainable hand protection procedures and an early, extensive, and where appropriate internal treatment. - 手湿疹（てしっしん、hand eczema, hand dermatitis）は、手にできる湿疹の総称で原因は様々である。水仕事やキーボードなど刺激性が原因となることは多く、冬のバリア機能の低下、金属アレルギー、原因不明など。症状は皮膚が乾燥したり、硬くなったり、水膨れができるなどに分かれる。 原因により個別となるが、一般に水、洗剤、薬品、食品、アレルギー原因物質など原因に触れる機会を減らし、接触の際に手袋を用いる。こまめに保湿剤を使う（グリセリンやワセリンまたその他の原料、尿素やヘパリン類似物質配合など）。冬に発生するものは暖かい手袋を使用する。ステロイド外用薬は良くならない場合に漫然と使用しない。 (ja)
