- The Green Book is a document issued since 1971 by the Central Tibetan Administration (commonly known as the Tibetan Government in Exile) to Tibetans living outside Tibet, and described by the issuing organization as "the most official document issued by the Tibetan Government in Exile." More than 90 percent of Tibetan exiles own one. It serves as a receipt book for the person's "voluntary taxes" to the CTA, and has been described by a CTA official as "the passport of the exiled Tibetans to claim their rights from the Tibetan Government in Exile". - Het Groenboek (Green Book) is een groenboek dat is uitgegeven door de Tibetaanse regering in ballingschap in McLeod Ganj voor Tibetanen die buiten Tibet leven en wordt door de regering beschreven als het meest officiële document dat het heeft uitgebracht. Het Groenboek regelt de regelgeving rondom de procedures die gelden voor de vrijwilligers die deelnemen aan de democratisch gekozen Tibetaanse regering in ballingschap en de Tibetaans parlement in ballingschap. Het document is uitgegeven in 2006 en heeft een geldigheidsduur van vijf jaar.
