- Kauza Gorila je slovenský politický skandál, který začal únikem tajného dokumentu Slovenské informační služby s krycím názvem Gorila na veřejnost v prosinci 2011. Dokument popisuje podrobnosti údajných rozhovorů mezi spolumajitelem Penta Investments Jaroslavem Haščákem a předními politiky v letech 2005 a 2006 a upozorňuje na podezření z korupce.Spis popisuje detaily údajných Haščákových rozhovorů s politickou a ekonomickou špičkou o provizích a úplatcích. Ve spisu jsou také tvrzení týkající se financování současných slovenských politických stran Smer-SD, SDKÚ, KDH, SMK a bývalého ministra financí . V současné době se kauza vyšetřuje a na Slovensku kvůli ní také proběhla řada demonstrací. (cs)
- Bei der Gorilla-Affäre (slowakisch Kauza Gorila) handelt es sich um einen Korruptionsskandal in der Slowakei, der mit der Veröffentlichung vermeintlicher Abschriften von Abhörprotokollen des slowakischen Geheimdienstes Slovenská informačná služba (SIS) im Internet kurz vor Weihnachten 2011 ausgelöst wurde und im Zuge der Vorwahlperiode zu den Nationalratswahl in der Slowakei 2012 am 10. März 2012 die slowakische politische Szene erschütterte. Gegenstand der Empörung ist die Verbindung slowakischer Politiker mit der Privatkapital-Gruppe Penta Investments sowie mutmaßliche Bestechungen von Regierungsangehörigen in Millionenhöhe anlässlich der Privatisierungen und großen öffentlichen Vergaben unter der Mikuláš Dzurindas in den Jahren 2005/06. - Gorilla scandal (Slovak: Kauza Gorila) is a political corruption scandal in Slovakia. It is named after a Slovak Secret Service wiretap file (Slovak: Gorila) from the years 2005-2006 which leaked to the internet in December 2011. The file suggests information about politicians, officials and business executives discussing kickbacks in return for procurement and privatization contracts. However the accuracy of the content has not been officially confirmed yet and due to lack of the original tapes it is rather speculation than evidence of true conversations. The file presents alleged massive corruption at the highest level and its leak to the public rocked the Slovak political scene. On October 16, 2019, several Slovak mainstream medias received a link to download a file that appear to be a copy of original wiretapping operation Gorilla. The Gorilla scandal resulted in a wave of nationwide political protests across the country, that organized themselves into a coordinated effort called Protest Gorila. The scandal also influenced the results of the 2012 Slovak parliamentary election. Although the full contents of the file have not yet been confirmed, Interior Minister Daniel Lipšic has confirmed the intelligence agency did carry out a wiretapping operation named Gorilla. On 12 January 2012 the Regional Court in Bratislava confirmed it allowed the Gorilla wiretaps. However, the accuracy of the content has not been officially confirmed. (en)
