Frosti Jonsson, known as Bistro Boy (born 1 May 1972) is an Icelandic musician. Frosti was the founder of one of Iceland's largest annual LGBTQ+ events, Bears on Ice, which was started in 2005. The first LGBTQ+ event in Iceland, it is not-for-profit, and is still one of the three largest. It features a number of musical acts at different venues over a several day period each September.

He collaborated with the Japanese ambient/drone artists Nobuto Suda on the EP album Rivers & Poems released in 2015. He has worked with the singer Páll Óskar writing and producing the song Walk Away as well as writing the lyrics of the song which is the last song on Paul's album Kristalsplatan. (en)
