The music of the video game Final Fantasy VI was composed by regular series composer Nobuo Uematsu. Several pieces, particularly "Terra's Theme" and "Aria di Mezzo Carattere", remain popular today, and have been performed numerous times in orchestral concert series such as the Dear Friends: Music from Final Fantasy concert series, the Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy series, and the series.
