- أكثر أنماط العنف الجنسي انتشارا حول العالم هي تلك التي يكون فيها الاعتداء صادر من قبل الشريك الحميمي للضحية، وهو ما يعني أن أكثر العوامل الخطرة التي قد تؤدي لتعرض الأفراد بشكل عام للاعتداء الجنسي تتمثل في كون هؤلاء الأفراد متزوجين، أو مساكنين لشريك آخر، وذلك بجانب عدد من العوامل الآخرى التي تتضاعف من خطر التعرض للعنف الجنسي والتي تتمثل في : 1- كونك أمرأة أو فتاة. 2- كونك/كونكٍ صغيرة في السن. 3- كونك عامل/ عاملة جنس. 4- كونك فقير أو بلا مأوى. 5- كونك مدمن للكحول والمخدرات. 6- كونك تعرضت مسبقا للاغتصاب أو الاعتداء الجنسي. 7- كونك قيد الحبس أو التأهيل. 8- المرضى النفسين والمعاقين ذهنين . 9- كونك تحظى بمكانة تعليمية واقتصادية مرتفعة عن شريكك، وهذه هي الحالة التي تكون المحرك الرئيسي للاعتداء الجنسي من قبل الشركاء الحميمين. - One of the most common forms of sexual violence around the world is that which is perpetrated by an intimate partner, leading to the conclusion that one of the most important risk factors for people in terms of their vulnerability to sexual assault is being married or cohabiting with a partner. Other factors influencing the risk of sexual violence include:
* being a girl/woman;
* being young;
* being a sex worker;
* being poor or homeless;
* having a substance use disorder;
* Being autistic
* having been previously raped or sexually abused;
* having multiple sex partners or engaging in risky sexual behavior;
* being incarcerated / institutionalised;
* being mentally ill or intellectually disabled;
* becoming more educated and economically empowered, at least where sexual violence perpetrated by an intimate partner is concerned;
* behaviour, being more open to people. It can trigger a fake consent or send improper signs which inturn leads to sexual abuse; (en)
- Uma das formas mais comuns de violência sexual todo o mundo é a perpetrada por parceiros íntimos, levando à conclusão de que um dos fatores de risco mais importantes para as pessoas em termos de vulnerabilidade à agressão sexual é ser casado ou coabitar com um parceiro. Outros fatores que influenciam o risco de violência sexual incluem:
* ser menina / mulher;
* ser jovem;
* ser uma trabalhadora do sexo;
* ser pobre ou sem-teto;
* ser alcoólatra ou viciado em drogas;
* ter sido previamente estuprada ou abusada sexualmente;
* ter ou se envolver em ;
* ser encarcerado / institucionalizado;
* estar mentalmente doente ou com deficiência intelectual;
* tornar-se mais educado e economicamente capacitado, pelo menos no que se refere à violência sexual perpetrada por parceiro íntimo; (pt)
