- Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση Πανεπιστημιακού Αθλητισμού (Αγγλικά: EUSA, European University Sports Association) είναι μια μη κυβερνητική οργάνωση που εργάζεται στον τομέα του πανεπιστημιακού αθλητισμού στην Ευρώπη. Είναι μέλος της Διεθνής Πανεπιστημιακής Αθλητικής Ομοσπονδίας, και ανήκουν σε αυτήν 43 εθνικές ομοσπονδίες. Οργανώνει Πανεπιστημιακά Πρωταθλήματα και Κύπελλα σε 16 αθλήματα. Ιδρύθηκε το 1999 στη Βιέννη και σημερινός πρόεδρός της είναι ο Ιταλός . (el)
- Die European University Sports Association (EUSA) wurde 1999 von 25 nationalen Hochschulsportverbänden in Wien gegründet. Sie richtet Europäische Hochschulmeisterschaften (EHM) aus und fördert die inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit der Weiterentwicklung des Hochschulsports auf europäischer Ebene. Heute sind 45 Nationen Mitglied, darunter auch Deutschland, Österreich, die Schweiz und Liechtenstein. Die EUSA ist Mitglied der Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire. 2012 wurden erstmals die European Universities Games (EUSA-Games oder auch EUG genannt) durchgeführt. Hierbei werden die bisher einzeln ausgetragenen Europäischen Hochschulmeisterschaften (EUC) gebündelt. Die Veranstaltung 2012 fand vom 13. bis 24. Juli 2012 in Córdoba (Spanien) statt und umfasste Wettbewerbe in den Sportarten Badminton, Basketball, Beachvolleyball, Volleyball, Fußball, Futsal, Handball, Rugby 7s, Tennis und Tischtennis. Die zweiten EUG fanden 2014 im Juli / August in Rotterdam statt und die dritten EUG wurden im Juli 2016 in Zagreb abgehalten. Die bislang letzten EUG fanden 2018 in Coimbra, Portugal statt. Die EUSA-Games sollen in Zukunft in allen geraden Jahren, in denen keine Universiaden stattfinden, abgehalten werden. (de)

It links national university sport federations, universities, teams, individual competitors, volunteers and other partners in over 40 countries throughout Europe. In reaction to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, EUSA suspended the universities from Russia and Belarus and the representatives of the National University Sports Associations from Russia and Belarus from all EUSA events, blocked the organization of EUSA events in Russia and Belarus, and will not call upon the Members of EUSA Committees, Commissions, and Working Groups from Russia and Belarus for future EUSA meetings and activities.
