- The Francisco Morazán Stadium is one of the three stadiums available to the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. It is an official stadium for games of the National League of Professional Football in Honduras; as well as, for international matches and international competitions of the Football Confederation of North, Central and Caribbean (CONCACAF) and FIFA. Nowadays, it is the official stadium of Real España and occasionally for C.D. Marathón. It is also used for other activities, including concerts, religious services, parades, and other things. It has a capacity of 18,000 fans, according to FIFA restrictions, but 21,500 viewers according to the Football Federation of Honduras. Through its history, the Francisco Morazán Stadium has hosted major sporting events. At this stadium, there were held tournaments and World Cup qualifying matches for the senior Honduran teams. Also, qualifying championships, for the Under 17, Under 20 and Olympic categories belonging to the CONCACAF area. (en)
- El Estadio General Francisco Morazán, o simplemente «Estadio Morazán», conocido popularmente como «La Bombonerita», es uno de los tres estadios de fútbol con que cuenta la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Es un estadio oficial para juegos de la Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Honduras. Así como para partidos internacionales FIFA y competencias internacionales de la Confederación de Norte América, Centro América y el Caribe de Fútbol (CONCACAF). En la actualidad, es sede oficial del Real Club Deportivo España y algunas veces para el Club Deportivo Marathón. Es también utilizado para otras actividades, entre las que se incluyen conciertos, actos religiosos, desfiles, entre otras actividades. Cuenta con una capacidad de 18 000 aficionados, según las restricciones de la FIFA, pero 21 500 espectadores según la Federación de Fútbol de Honduras. A través de su historia, el Estadio Francisco Morazán ha sido sede de grandes eventos deportivos. En este estadio se llevaron a cabo torneos y partidos de eliminatorias mundialistas para selecciones absolutas, campeonatos clasificatorios para los mundiales, categorías sub 17, categoría sub 20, así como partidos de selecciones olímpicas de la CONCACAF.
