- The Eidsivating Court of Appeal (Norwegian: Eidsivating lagmannsrett) is one of six courts of appeal in the Kingdom of Norway. The Court is located in the city of Hamar. The court has jurisdiction over the counties of Innlandet and eastern Viken. These areas constitute the Eidsivating judicial district (Norwegian: Eidsivating lagdømme). This court can rule on both civil and criminal cases that are appealed from one of its subordinate district courts. Court decisions can be, to a limited extent, appealed to the Supreme Court of Norway. The chief judicial officer of the court (Norwegian: førstelagmann) is currently Nina Sollie. The court is administered by the Norwegian National Courts Administration. (en)

Het gerecht, vergelijkbaar met een Hof van beroep in België of een gerechtshof in Nederland, is bevoegd voor beroepszaken in zowel straf- als civiele zaken tegen uitspraken van de 10 Tingretter in het ressort. Het ressort omvat de fylke Innlandet en een klein deel van Vikenl, het historische Romerike. Oorspronkelijk omvatte het gerecht ook de provincies Akershus, Buskerud, Østfold en Oslo, in 1995 werd het ressort gesplitst en vormden deze het Borgarting lagmannsrett. Naast Hamer houdt het gerecht zitting in Lillehammer en Eidsvoll. In Eidsvoll wordt daarvoor het oude station van de stad gebruikt. (nl)
- Апелляцио́нный су́д Эйдсива́тинга (норв. Eidsivating lagmannsrett) — является одним из шести апелляционных судов в Норвегии, рассматривающим жалобы на приговоры по уголовным и гражданским делам городских и окружных судов, входящих в Восточный судебный округ. Располагается в Хамаре. Юрисдикция апелляционного суда распространяется на губернии Хедмарк, Оппланн и северный Акерсхус. Суд состоит из 14 судей. До 1995 года в юрисдикцию суда входила вся Восточная Норвегия, но после проведённой судебной реформы из его подсудности была выделена юго-восточная часть вместе со столицей Осло и передана под юрисдикцию заново сформированного Апелляционного суда Боргартинга. Помимо Хамара, дела также слушаются в Лиллехаммере и Эйдсволле, где суд имеет свои представительства. Решение апелляционного суда может быть обжаловано в Верховный суд Норвегии только в том случае, если его специальный проверочный апелляционный комитет в составе из 3 судей сочтёт допустимым такое обжалование.
