- Die Eidgenössische Alkoholverwaltung EAV (französisch Régie fédérale des alcools RFA, italienisch Regìa federale degli alcool RFA, rätoromanisch Administraziun federala d’alcohol AFA) war eine Bundesbehörde der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft. Die EAV war bis Ende 2017 zuständig für den Vollzug der schweizerischen Alkoholgesetzgebung. Dieses regelte die Produktion und den Import von Spirituosen und Ethanol, den Handel von sowie die Werbung für Spirituosen. Ziel dieser Gesetzgebung ist der Gesundheitsschutz (Art. 105 der Bundesverfassung). Nicht zum Anwendungsbereich der Alkoholgesetzgebung gehören gegorene alkoholische Getränke wie Bier und Wein. (de)

The SAB is responsible for the enforcement of the Swiss Alcohol Act, which governs the production and importation of spirits and ethanol, as well as trade in and advertising of spirits. The aim of this legislation is health protection (Art. 105 of the Swiss Federal Constitution). Fermented beverages, such as wine and beer, are not included in the scope of application of the Alcohol Act. (en)
- La Régie fédérale des alcools (RFA) était une autorité suisse chargée d'exécuter la législation suisse en matière d'alcool jusqu'à la fin de 2017. Elle a été intégrée dans l'Administration fédérale des douanes au début de 2018. la loi sur l'alcool vise notamment à garantir la protection de la santé (article 105 de la Constitution). Cette législation régit la fabrication, l'importation et le commerce d'éthanol et de boissons spiritueuses, ainsi que la publicité pour ces dernières. En revanche, elle ne s'applique pas aux boissons alcooliques obtenues par fermentation telles que la bière et le vin. (fr)
