Eamon Scanlon (born 1954) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He is currently a Teachta Dála for the Sligo-North Leitrim constituency. A butcher and businessman from Ballymote, he was elected in the 2007 general election. He was previously a member of the 22nd Seanad Éireann, when he was elected by the Agricultural Panel in 2002. He was a member of Sligo County Council from 1991 to 2003, representing the Ballymote Electoral Area.
