- Riu avall cap a Kinshasa és una pel·lícula documental de la República Democràtica del Congo, dirigida per i estrenada el 2020. La pel·lícula se centra en els supervivents de la de l'any 2000, molts dels quals viatgen a Kinshasa per demanar una compensació al govern per les pèrdues que van patir durant el conflicte. S'ha subtitulat en català. La pel·lícula va ser nomenada a la selecció oficial del Festival de Canes de 2020, tot convertint-se en la primera pel·lícula designada de la República Democràtica del Congo. A causa de la cancel·lació del festival per la pandèmia de la COVID-19 a França, no es va projectar en aquell moment; tanmateix, es va fer una projecció en línia per a distribuïdors en el marc del . Va tenir la seva estrena pública el setembre de 2020 com a part del programa Planeta Àfrica del Festival Internacional de Cinema de Toronto de 2020, on va rebre una menció honorífica del jurat pel premi Amplifica Veus. Posteriorment es va projectar al festival a l'octubre. El 2022 va formar part de l'Impacte!, el Festival de Cinema i Drets Humans de Catalunya. (ca)
- Downstream to Kinshasa (French: En route pour le milliard) is a documentary film from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, directed by Dieudo Hamadi and released in 2020. The film centres on survivors of the DRC's Six-Day War of 2000, many of whom are travelling to Kinshasa to demand compensation from the government for the losses they incurred during the conflict. The film was named an Official Selection of the 2020 Cannes Film Festival, the first film from the Democratic Republic of the Congo ever designated, with its English title initially given as The Billion Road. Due to the cancellation of the festival in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in France, it was not screened at that time; however, it was given an online screening for distributors as part of the Marché du Film. It had its public premiere in September 2020 as part of the Planet Africa program at the 2020 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received an honorable mention from the jury for the Amplify Voices Award. It was subsequently screened at the Dok Leipzig festival in October. (en)
