The Dore programme (or Dore program), named after its creator, businessman Wynford Dore, is a method for improving skills such as reading and writing, attention and focus, social skills and sports performance through targeted physical exercises. The validity of the program has been disputed, as it has not been subject to any conclusive study that meets the criteria for a randomised controlled trial.
