Dominic Francis Ralfs (born 16 December 1967) is a former English cricketer. Ralfs was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace. He was born at Hendon, Middlesex. Ralfs made his debut for Cambridgeshire in the 1991 Minor Counties Championship against Staffordshire. From 1991 to 1999, he represented the county in 47 Minor Counties Championships matches, with his final appearance for the county coming against Buckinghamshire. He also represented Cambridgeshire in 16 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches from 1992 to 1999.
