- Der Convento de Santa Cruz do Buçaco ist ein ehemaliges Kloster des Ordens der Unbeschuhten Karmeliten bei Luso (Portugal). Es wurde zwischen 1628 und 1630 in dem Waldgebiet oberhalb der Stadt (Mata do Buçaco) errichtet und bis zur Aufhebung des Klosters im Jahr 1834 bewirtschaftet. Während der Schlacht von Buçaco im September 1810 diente das Kloster dem Kommandeur des britisch-portugiesischen Heeres Wellington als Unterkunft. Beim Bau des königlichen Palastes oberhalb des Klosters, heute Palácio Hotel do Buçaco, wurden ab 1888 Teile des Konvents abgerissen. 1943 wurde es als klassifiziert. (de)
- Convento de Santa Cruz do Buçaco is a former Carmelite monastery in the Mata Nacional do Buçaco (Buçaco Forest) protected forest of the Serra do Buçaco, Portugal. It was constructed in 1628. It closed in 1834 following the suppression of male religious orders and dissolution of the monasteries in Portugal at the end of the Portuguese Civil War. Most of the buildings were demolished and the stones were reused in the Palace Hotel of Buçaco. However the chapel of the convent, with Baroque altarpieces, remains beside the hotel. (en)
