- The Convention on the association of the Netherlands Antilles with the European Economic Community is an international agreement amending the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, with the aim of awarding OCT status to the Netherlands Antilles, which was a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands from 1954 until 2010. A full treaty revision was needed because Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, and Luxembourg wanted to add a protocol on the import of refined petroleum products from the Netherlands Antilles. (en)

- De Conventie van de Nederlandse Antillen is een internationale overeenkomst tussen de Nederlandse Antillen en de destijds Europese Economische Gemeenschap (momenteel de Europese Unie). De conventie voorzag een aanpassing van het Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Economische Gemeenschap. Door de aanpassing van het verdrag werd het mogelijk dat de Nederlandse Antillen een bijzondere associatieregeling zou krijgen binnen de EEG. Een verdragsherziening was nodig, omdat de overige lidstaten van de EEG een protocol wilden toevoegen betreffende de import van fijne aardolieproducten uit de Nederlandse Antillen. (nl)
