- Aurelio Pastor Valdivieso (born 10 November 1967) is a Peruvian lawyer and politician and a former Congressman representing San Martín for the 2006-2011 term. Pastor belongs to the Peruvian Aprista Party. He was defeated in the 2011 election, when he ran for re-election for a seat in Lima. He was the Minister of Justice during the Second presidency of Alan García from July 2009 to September 2010. (en)

Fue Ministro de Justicia durante el 2.º gobierno de Alan García y Congresista de la República en 2 periodos. Durante su gestión presidió la Comisión de Constitución y Reglamento en tres oportunidades (2004-2005, 2006-2007 y 2010-2011) y fue presidente de la Célula Parlamentaria Aprista (período legislativo 2008-2009) y titular del Ministerio de Justicia del Perú entre julio del 2009 y marzo del 2010. Actualmente integra la Dirección Política del APRA. (es)
