- أروى صالح (توفيت في 7 يونيو 1997) كاتبة وروائية مصرية كانت من أعلام الحركة الطلابية في أوائل السبعينيات في جامعات مصر. تخرجت في كلية آداب جامعة القاهرة، وقدمت كتابات في عدد من الصحف والمجلات الشهيرة، ضاقت بالحياة فانتحرت بإلقاء نفسها من الطابق العاشر في صيف 1997.انتمت لجيل السبعينات أو ما عرف بجيل الحركة الطلابية ذلك الجيل الذي أشعل المظاهرات في جامعات مصر تأثرا بحركة الطلاب الفرنسية في 1968. - Arwa Saleh (1951–1997) was an Egyptian communist and feminist, who was a veteran student leader in the 1970s radical student movement. She was also a member of the central committee of the Marxist-Leninist Egyptian Communist Workers Party (ECWP). Much of her writing appeared in the ECWP paper, circulated underground due to state repression of communists. She also published several translations of Marxist literature in Arabic, including Tony Cliff's Class Struggle and Women's Liberation (1984). She has two published essay collections—al-Mubtasarun (or The Premature Ones/The Stillborn) and another, posthumously published, titled Saratan al-Rawh (Cancer of the Soul). She committed suicide in 1997. (en)

También fue miembro del comité central del Partido Comunista Marxista-Leninista de los Trabajadores de Egipto (ECWP). Gran parte de su escritura apareció en el clandestino periódico del ECWP. También publicó varias traducciones de literatura marxista en árabe, incluida Class Struggle and Women’s Liberation, 1640 to today (1984) de Tony Cliff. Tiene dos colecciones de ensayos publicados: al-Mubtasarun (Las prematuras) y otra, publicada póstumamente, titulada Saratan al-Rawh (Cáncer del alma). Se suicidó en 1997. (es)
- Arwa Saleh ou Arwa Salih (en arabe : أروى صالح, 'arwā ṣāliḥ), née en 1951, morte en 1997, est une enseignante, traductrice et écrivaine communiste et féministe égyptienne, qui était une leader étudiante chevronnée du mouvement étudiant radical des années 1970. Elle a été également membre du comité central du Parti communiste des travailleurs égyptiens (ECWP), un parti marxiste-léniniste. Une grande partie de ses écrits ont été publiés dans le journal du ECWP, diffusé dans la clandestinité en raison de la répression des communistes par l'État égyptien à l'époque. Elle a également publié plusieurs traductions de littérature marxiste en arabe, dont Class Struggle and Women's Liberation de Tony Cliff. Elle a publié deux recueils d'essais : Al-Mubtasarun (ou Le prématuré ou le mort-né) et un autre, publié à titre posthume, intitulé Saratan al-Rawh (Cancer of the Soul). Elle s'est suicidée en 1997.
