- The 2007 South Pacific Games were held in Apia, Samoa, from 25 August to 8 September 2007. The Games were the thirteenth to be held since the inception of the South Pacific Games in 1963, and included traditional multi-sport event disciplines, such as athletics and swimming, alongside region-specific and smaller events such as outrigger canoeing, surfing and lawn bowls. The principal venue for the Games was Apia Park, with other events taking place at the Faleata Sporting Complex and at other locations around Samoa. The cost of the games was reported to be US$92 million, and resulted in significant government debt for Samoa due to infrastructure projects which included replacement bridges and roads. (en)

- Pesta Olahraga Pasifik Selatan 2007 (Pesta Olahraga Pasifik Selatan XIII) adalah ajang Pesta Olahraga Pasifik ke-13 yang diselenggarakan di Apia, Samoa sejak tanggal 25 Agustus hingga 8 September 2007. menjadi lokasi utama penyelenggaraan. Hampir 5.000 atlet dari 22 negara berpartisipasi pada edisi ini. Edisi ini mempertandingkan 33 cabang olahraga. Beberapa olahraga tradisional dan modern turut dipertandingkan, seperti atletik dan renang, selain juga selancar, boling lapangan, dan kano cadik. Biaya penyelengaraan turnamen ini mencapai 92 juta Dolar AS, yang menyebabkan utang negara yang besar bagi pemerintah Samoa, terkait dengan perbaikan fasilitas umum seperti jembatan dan jalan raya. Os Jogos foram a décima-terceira edição dos Jogos do Pacífico, a ser realizada desde o evento inaugural, em 1963, e incluiu disciplinas tradicionais a outros eventos multiesportivo, tais como o atletismo e a natação, juntamente com eventos menores e tradicionais na região, como canoa polinésia, surf e lawn bowls. O principal palco para os Jogos foi Apia Park, com outros eventos ocorrendo no Complexo Esportivo Faleata e em outros locais por toda Samoa.
