- 161 Maiden Lane (also known as 1 Seaport) is a residential skyscraper on hold in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. The building leans 3 inches (76 mm) to the north as a result of the method used to construct its foundation. The tilting is the subject of a law suit between the developer, Fortis Property Group, and engineering firm Pizzarotti. The building topped out in September 2018. In 2017 an employee of a subcontractor working on the site died after falling from the building's 29th floor. (en)

Debido a la inclincón, el desarrollador Fortis Property Group demandó a la empresa de ingeniería Pizzarotti. Fue diseñado por el estudio de arquitectura Hill West Architects.
