- مشاعات المعرفة (بالإنجليزية: Knowledge commons) هوَ مُصطلح يُشير إلى المعلومات والبيانات والمحُتوى الذي يملكه ويُديره مُجتمع من الأشخاص بشكلٍ جماعي، ويكون ذلك عادةً عبر الإنترنت. تتميز مشاعات المَعرفة عن الموارد المادية المُشتركة في كون الموارد الرَقمية غير قابلة للطَرح؛ وبالتالي فإنَّ مشاعات المعرفة تُمكن مجموعة من الأشخاص من الوصول إلى نفس الموارد الرَقمية دون التأثير على الكمية أو النوع. - Als Wissensallmende bezeichnet man gemeinsames geistiges Gut (Gemeingut) der modernen Informationsgesellschaft. Der Begriff Wissensallmende beschreibt gemeinsam genutzte, immaterielle Ressourcen wie Freie Software, das Computer-Betriebssystem Linux oder freies Wissen wie die Wikipedia (Kollektive Intelligenz). Abgeleitet ist der Begriff von der mittelalterlichen Wirtschaftsform Allmende, bei der Land einer Gemeinschaft gehörte und von ihren Mitgliedern gemeinsam genutzt wurde. Da es bei Wissensallmenden um eine geistige Ressource, nämlich um Informationen geht, spielt die Allmendeproblematik keine Rolle: Im Unterschied zu Acker- oder Weideland verlieren Informationen durch intensivere Nutzung nicht an Wert. Cette notion s'applique notamment, mais pas exclusivement, aux productions éditoriales publiées sous licence libre ou entrées dans le domaine public. Différentes initiatives tentent de réunir ces différents biens communs en un patrimoine informationnel commun, la plus célèbre étant sans doute l'encyclopédie Wikipédia. (fr)
