Irle Andrea Parra Sauterel (born 2 September 1967) is a Chilean nurse and politician of the Party for Democracy (PPD). She has served as councilor of the municipality of Angol, governor of Malleco Province, and in March 2018 became the first woman to represent her region in the Chamber of Deputies for District 22. Irle Andrea Parra Sauterel (Temuco, provincia de Cautín, región de La Araucanía, 2 de septiembre de 1967) es una enfermera y política chilena, militante del Partido Por la Democracia (PPD) que en su quehacer político se ha desempeñado como concejala de la comuna de Angol (por dos periodos consecutivos), gobernadora de la Provincia de Malleco​ y el 11 de marzo de 2018 se transformó en la primera mujer en representar a su región en la Cámara de Diputados por el distrito N.° 22.​ El 1 de octubre de 2022, fue nombrada cómo Delegada Presidencial Provincial de Malleco, bajo el Gobierno de Gabriel Boric.
