- إنّ مركز استطلاع الرأي العام للطلاب الإيرانيين (ايسپا) التابع للجهاد الجامعي، قد بدأ بأنشطته في 18 مايو سنة 1380 للهجري الشمسي، المتواقت 8 مايو 2001 للميلاد . والغرض من إنشاء هذا المركز هو إنجاز أبحاث للاقتراع واستطلاعات الرأي العام على المستوى الوطني والدولي والعابر للحدود الوطنية لمساعدة المنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية؛ العامة والخاصة والمدنية، من أجل اتخاذ القرارات والسياسات القائمة على الأدلة وإحصاءات. ومن الأولويات الرئيسة لهذا المركز (ايسپا)، هو الانتباه إلى الرأي العام وضرورة الاستفادة من آراء المواطنين. والهدف من هذا الأمر هو زيادة مشاركة المواطنين في تحسين الظروف وتنمية البلاد.المبادئ الأساسية لـ(ايسبا)هي، تصميم وتطبيق الأساليب والمعايير الصارمة والمبادئ الأخلاقية والحفاظ على موقف الحياد السياسي في عملية بحوث الرأي العام والبحوث ذات الصلة مع استطلاع الرأيبشكل خاص. فلهذا السبب، يُعرف هذا المركز كمركز علمي أصيل وموثوق، لبحوثه العلمية واستطلاعاته الدقيقة والناجحة. فموظفو هذا المركز هم الشباب والخبراء الأكاديميين الذين يستفيدون من تعاون أهمّ الشخصيات الجامعية في إنجاز مشاريع الاستطلاع.فمن نتائج أنشطة ايسبا في السنوات الست عشرة الماضية، كان تنفيذ أكثر من 2500 مشروع لاستطلاع الرأي في المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية وعلى مختلف المستويات المحلية والوطنية. - The Iranian Students Polling Agency (ISPA), affiliated to the Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR), started its activities on May 8, 2001 (Khordad 18, 1380). The aim of this center is to do research in polling and public opinion in national, international and transnational levels, to help organizations, governmental, public, private and civil institutions that select decisions and policy base on observation and statistics. Among the main priorities of the organisation is to focus on public opinions and necessity of using citizens opinions, with goal of increasing intercommunity of citizens in improvement conditions and development of the country's affairs. The fundamental and basic doctrine of ISPA is to design and employment exact methods and standards, moral tent and preservation of political impartial position in the process of public opinion researches and in special case the researches that related to polling. The results of ISPA's activities in the last 16 years, has been performed more than 2500 polling plans in social, economic and political fields, and in local and national levels. (en)
