- Das Comité Internacional de Críticos de Arquitectura (CICA) wurde am 26. Oktober 1978 während des 13. Weltkongresses des Internationalen Verbandes der Architekten (UIA) in Mexiko-Stadt gegründete und ist der internationale Komitee der Architekturkritiker. Der Sitz der Non-Profit-Organisation wurde aufgrund der räumlichen Nähe zum UIA in Paris festgelegt. Ferner lag dort der Hauptwohnsitz des langjährigen Vorsitzenden Pierre Vago. Der „Sitz“ des Sekretariats wurde wegen Jorge Glusberg ursprünglich in Buenos Aires gelegt, kann aber auf Beschluss je nach Hauptwohnsitz der Vorsitzenden weltweit verlegt werden. Zu den Gründungsmitgliedern zählten Namen wie Pierre Vago, Bruno Zevi, , , , Jorge Glusberg, Louise Noëlle Gras de Mereles und Julius Posener. (de)
- The International Committee of Architectural Critics (French: Comité International des Critiques d'Architecture, Spanish: Comité Internacional de Críticos de Arquitectura - CICA) is a non-profit organization of international architecture critics, and was founded in Mexico City on October 26, 1978, during the 13th World Kongress of the Union internationale des architectes (UIA). The CICA is headquartered nearby the UIA in Paris. Paris was also the residence of Pierre Vago, who was head of the organization for years. The seat of the secretary was originally located in Buenos Aires, residence of Jorge Glusberg, but can be transferred per decret to any other place worldwide according to the residence of the chairmen.
