Tysoe Saul Hancock (December 1723 – 5 November 1775) was an English surgeon who served the English East India Company in the Madras Presidency. His daughter Eliza (later Eliza de Feuillide, still later Eliza Austen) was referred to as the "exotic cousin" by Jane Austen.
