- رؤوف حسن (بالكردية: ڕەئووف حەسەن) ولد عام 1945، هو كاتب كردي وُلد في مدينة السليمانية في كردستان العراق. اشتهر رؤوف بعدما تمّ سجنه خلال حكم نظام حزب البعث وذلك بسبب كم المقالات التي انتقد فيها وبشدة حكم حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي في العراق. يُعد رؤوف اليوم واحدا من كتاب الثورات الأوائل في منطقة كردستان العراق. له عددٌ من الإنجازات خاصة على المستوى اللغوي؛ كما أسّس مركز الحوار الكردي. له ابنين؛ الأول يدعى زانا رؤوف وقد وُلد عام 1970 بينما الثاني يُدعى شيرو رؤوف حيث ولد عام 1979. - Rauf Hassan (Kurdish: ڕەئووف حەسەن) is a Kurdish writer who was born in 1945 in the city of Sulaymaniyah in the Iraqi Kurdistan. He was imprisoned during the rule of the Ba'ath Party regime, because of his critical articles he wrote against the Ba'ath Party regime in Iraq. He is also conspired as one of the primary writers for revolution in Iraqi Kurdistan. An accomplished linguist, he also founded the Kurdish Dialog Center. He has two sons Zana Rauf (b 1970) and Shero Rauf (b 1979). (en)
