- Maria Eugénia Martins de Nazaré Ribeiro (* 1956) ist eine portugiesische Juristin und Richterin am Gericht der Europäischen Union. Martins de Nazaré Ribeiro absolvierte ihr Studium in Lissabon, Brüssel und Straßburg. Sie arbeitete als Rechtsanwältin in Portugal und Belgien. Einen Forschungsaufenthalt verbrachte sie an der Université Libre de Bruxelles am Institut d'études européennes. Von 1986 bis 2000 war sie Rechtsreferentin am Gerichtshof Moitinho de Almeida in Portugal und von 2000 bis 2003 Rechtsreferentin bei , Präsident des „Gerichts Erster Instanz der Europäischen Gemeinschaften“ (seit 2009 „Gericht der Europäischen Union“). Am 31. März 2003 wurde sie Richterin an Gericht Erster Instanz; ihre Amtszeit wurde 2004 bis zum 31. August 2010 verlängert. Erneut verlängert wurde ihre Amtszeit 2010 bis zum 31. August 2016. (de)
- Maria Eugénia Martins de Nazaré Ribeiro (born 1956) is a Portuguese judge and a former member of the General Court of the European Union. She studied in Lisbon, Brussels and Strasbourg, she's a member of the Bar in Portugal and Brussels. As part of her studies, she was also an independent researcher at the Institut d'études européennes de l'université libre de Bruxelles (Institute of European Studies, Free University of Brussels). She was a Judge at the General Court from 2003 until 2016. Since 2018, she is a member of the panel foreseen by Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which gives an opinion on candidates' suitability to perform the duties of Judge and Advocate-General of the Court of Justice and the General Court before the governments of the Member States appoint them.
