It was the 26th edition of the tournament and took place at the Complexe Al Amal in Casablanca, Morocco, from 5 April through 11 April 2010. `First-seeded Stan Wawrinka won the singles title. (en)
- Der Grand Prix Hassan II 2010 war ein Tennisturnier, welches vom 5. bis 11. April 2010 in Casablanca stattfand. Es war Teil der ATP World Tour 2010 und wurde im Freien auf Sandplatz ausgetragen. In derselben Woche wurden in Houston die US Men’s Clay Court Championships gespielt, welche genau wie der Grand Prix Hassan II zur Kategorie ATP World Tour 250 zählten. Der letztjährige Einzelsieger Juan Carlos Ferrero trat in diesem Jahr nicht zur Titelverteidigung an. Die Einzelkonkurrenz konnte Stan Wawrinka für sich entscheiden, im Finale setzte er sich gegen Victor Hănescu mit 6:2, 6:3 durch. Dies war der zweite ATP-Titel seiner Karriere, nachdem er zuvor fünf Finals in Folge verloren hatte. Im Doppel gewannen Robert Lindstedt und Horia Tecău durch einen Finalsieg über Rohan Bopanna und Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi den Titel. Dies war ihr erster gemeinsamer ATP-Titel; Tecău hatte zuvor schon einen Titel mit einem anderen Partner gewonnen, Lindstedt bereits sechs mit verschiedenen Partnern.
