USS PCE-869 was a PCE-842-class patrol craft for the United States Navy during World War II. She was renamed ROCS Yong Xing (PCE-42) and ROCS Wei Yuan (PCE-68) after being acquired by the Republic of China Navy on 28 August 1945.

(en) 永興號巡邏艦是一艘美國海軍，1943年9月加入美國海軍服役，編號為PCE-869。1946年7月，该舰加入中华民国海军，改名為永興艦。排水量900吨，舰员编制110人。装有76毫米高平两用炮1门，40毫米炮3门，20毫米机关炮6门。 1946年10月曾由林遵、率领，同“太平”、“中建”、“中业”3舰，前往南海接收和进驻西沙、南沙群岛。永兴岛以此舰命名。该舰编入海防第1舰队，参加内战，先后在山东、东北、广东等地沿海和海南岛、台湾主要港口进行过炮击解放区和弹压228事件。 “永兴”舰舰长陆维源，青岛海校将校班毕业，是海军总司令桂永清信任的人。中共上海局策反委员会工作人员林城策动航海官陈万邦（马尾海校第12届航海班）、军需官朱纪纲为首，在舰上组织医官、一个枪炮中士、一个轮机下士、两个电讯兵和两三个枪炮兵，酝酿投共。1949年4月底，“永兴”舰奉命从上海吴淞口出发去江阴一带巡逻警戒。1949年5月1日，航行至江苏省太仓县测河口外的白茆沙时，陈万邦指挥叛變人员突然行动。投共失败。 1949年9月1日為紀念前艦長陸維源中校平亂殉職，改名為維源艦，整編後編號為PCE-42。1965年海軍將護航巡邏艦及掃雷艦加以分別隸屬不同艦隊，因而將編號改為PCE-68，於1971年除役。 (zh)
